Construção de uma proposta formativa na modalidade e-learning para a CEGOC

O presente relatório documenta o estágio realizado no Centro de Estudos de
Gestão e Organização Científica (CEGOC), que tem por finalidade o término do ciclo de
estudos conducente ao grau de mestre em Ciências da Educação, na especialização de
Formação de Adultos.
A Cegoc dispõe de dois tipos de serviço, consultoria e formação. Este último,
compreende a formação presencial e/ou formação a distância. No âmbito do estágio
integrei‐me na equipa do Centro de Inovação & Desenvolvimento (CI&D) que trabalha
na conceção, produção, desenvolvimento e acompanhamento de projetos e‐learning e
blended learning.
Além do apoio a alguns projetos e atividades que decorreram em tempo de
estágio, a realização de um diagnóstico inicial apoiou a realização da presente
proposta formativa. Esta pretende ligar os papéis dos consultores e equipa e‐learning
através de uma formação online. A formação tem o objetivo de dar ferramentas aos
consultores para a negociação de projetos e‐learning e blended learning. Depois da
venda de um projeto de formação a distância, este passa a ser conduzido pela equipa
do CI&D, pelo que é necessário favorecer uma maior comunicação entre os
colaboradores envolvidos.
O desenvolvimento da proposta foi amadurecendo aos poucos. Por um lado, a
Licenciatura como o Mestrado em Ciências da Educação capacitam‐nos com
conhecimentos teóricos e com alguma experiência na conceção de guiões de
formação, mas, por outro, são necessárias outras ferramentas ganhas no contexto real
de trabalho para a construção de um produto que respeita as caraterísticas da
empresa de acolhimento e do próprio formato online.
Neste documento proponho‐me, primeiramente, a apresentar algumas
atividades desenvolvidas no estágio e a caraterizar a organização. De seguida, figura o
enquadramento teórico e temático. Finalmente, depois do diagnóstico, é apresentada
a proposta formativa desenvolvida como projeto de estágio.
This report documents the training held at the Centre for Management Studies and Scientific Organization (CEGOC), which aims to end the cycle of studies leading to the degree of Master of Science in Education, specializing in Adult Training. The CEGOC offers two types of service, consulting and training. The latter includes classroom training and/or distance learning. Under Stage I integrated in the team of the Center for Innovation & Development (CI&D) that working in the design, production, development and monitoring of e‐learning and blended learning projects. Besides supporting some projects and activities that took place in stage time, conducting an initial diagnosis supported the development of this training proposal. This aims to connect the roles of consultants and staff e‐learning through an online training. The training aims to give tools to consultants for the project negotiation elearning and blended learning. After the sale of a distance learning project, this happens to be led by a team from CI&D by the need to encourage greater communication between the employees involved. The development of the proposal has been maturing slowly. On the one hand, as the Masters Degree in Education empower us with theoretical knowledge and some experience in designing training guides, but on the other, additional tools gained in a real work environment for the construction of a product that respects the characteristics of the host company and own format online. In this paper I propose, first, to present some activities on stage and characterize the organization. Then figure the theoretical and thematic framework. Finally, after diagnosis, is presented and developed the formative stage design.
