Abstract(s)
O Campo Entrincheirado de Lisboa é um
conjunto de edificações militares ao longo da costa da
cidade, construídas no século XIX para a defesa de
possíveis invasões marítimas. Assentes no desenho de
estruturas que tirassem partido da paisagem onde se
inserem, hoje, é a paisagem que se insere nelas, não
passando de fragmentos degradados, invadidos pelo
tempo, pelo abandono e pelo esquecimento.
Fragmentos de Memória – a reabilitação da bateria
de costa de Alpena, é a proposta de desenho que procura
uma saudável recuperação de uma memória perdida e a
construção de uma nova identidade, através da
reutilização destes fragmentos e do modo como se
habitam. Propõe-se a criação de um Centro de Artes com
as valências: criativa e expositiva, tirando proveito da
estrutura existente da bateria de Alpena, mas também a
valência habitacional, com a recuperação e inserção de
habitações artísticas na localidade da Corvina.
ABSTRACT: The Campo Entrincheirado de Lisboa is a set of military buildings along the coast of Lisbon, built in the XIX century to defend from possible maritime invasions. Designed to take advantage of the landscape where they are inserted, today, it´s the landscape that fits into them, being only degraded fragments, invaded by time, abandonment and forgetfulness. Fragments of Memory – The rehabilitation of Alpena’s shore fortification, is an architectural design proposal that seeks a healthy recovery of a lost memory and the construction of a new identity through the reuse of the fragments and the way they could be habited. It is proposed to create an Arts Center with the following valences: Creative and Exposive, taking advantage of the existing structure of the Alpena´s shore fortification, but also the Housing valence, with the the insertion of artistic dwellings in Corvina.
