O presente relatório, intitulado “ A formação Profissional da APAV para o Voluntário”, insere-se no âmbito do 2º ciclo de estudos conducente ao grau de Mestre em Educação e Formação na área de especialização em Organização e Gestão da Educação e Formação. O estágio curricular foi desenvolvido no Centro de Formação da Associação Portuguesa de Apoio à Vítima (APAV). O relatório é constituído por três capítulos. O primeiro diz respeito à caracterização e análise da estrutura organizacional do local de estágio. No segundo capítulo, apresento o projeto de investigação que é centrado na oferta formativa do Centro de Formação da APAV para o Técnico de Apoio à Vítima Voluntário (TAVV), que mostrou a relação existente entre a oferta formativa e função de TAV. O terceiro capítulo contém uma síntese e reflexão sobre as atividades realizadas ao longo do período de estágio. A metodologia utilizada no presente trabalho é de cariz qualitativo, recorrendo-se a diversas técnicas de recolha de dados: à pesquisa documental relevante para a caracterização da organização; à entrevista semidirecta pertinente para recolher dados relativos à perceção do TAVV relativamente ao papel da formação profissional da APAV; e à observação participante para recolher informação sobre a organização. A experiência adquirida através do estágio curricular permitiu conhecer o quotidiano da instituição, nomeadamente o dia-a-dia do Centro de Formação, constituindo uma mais-valia para a consolidação dos conhecimentos teóricos apreendidos no contexto académico.
This report entitled "Vocational Training for the Volunteer" is part of the 2nd cycle of studies leading to the Master's Degree in Education and Training, with specialisation in the Organisation and Management of Education and Training. The curricular internship was developed at the training centre of the Associação Portuguesa de Apoio à Vítima (APAV). The report consists of three chapters. The first concerns the characterisation and analysis of the organisational structure of the internship setting. In the second chapter, I present the research project on the training offered by the APAV training centre for the Volunteer Victim Support Worker, which has showed the relationship between the training offer and the Victim Support Worker function. The third chapter presents a synthesis of, and reflection on, the activities carried out during the internship period. The methodology used in this work is of a qualitative nature, using several data collection techniques: documentary research relevant to the characterisation of the organisation; relevant semi-direct interviews to collect data on the perception of the Victim Support Worker concerning the role of APAV professional training; and participant observation to gather information about the organisation. The experience acquired through the curricular internship enabled us to understand the functioning of the institution, specifically the daily activities of the training centre. This provided added value by consolidating the theoretical knowledge acquired in the academic context.
