Este Projeto tem como objetivo determinar um conjunto de ferramentas que possam ser implementadas no Labinov da Polícia Judiciária (PJ) para a facilitação de ideias e melhoramento do funcionamento deste laboratório. Este Laboratório de Inovação está integrado na Direção de Serviços de Inovação e Desenvolvimento (DS-ID), uma unidade orgânica da Polícia Judiciária, de apoio à Investigação Criminal (Polícia Judiciária, 2017). Com a utilização da metodologia qualitativa, através da análise documental, juntamente com o recurso a entrevistas etnográficas, procura-se compreender as dinâmicas e estímulos à inovação empregues em diversas instituições do Estado, como a Secretaria-Geral da Presidência do Conselho de Ministros (SGPCM), a Agência para a Modernização Administrativa (AMA) através do LabX, o Instituto Nacional de Administração (INA) a Marinha portuguesa e o Exército português e também na Europol. Após efetuada esta análise, o resultado deste projeto resultou num conjunto de conclusões como a identificação da necessidade de investimento em Recursos Humanos (RH) e a continuidade da aposta em ferramentas tecnológicas.
This project aims to determine a set of tools that can be implemented in the Labinov of the Judiciary Police to facilitate ideas and improve the functioning of this laboratory. This Innovation Laboratory is integrated within the Directorate of Innovation and Development Services, an organic unit of the Judiciary Police, supporting Criminal Investigation (Polícia Judiciária, 2017). Using a qualitative methodology, through document analysis, along with ethnographic interviews, this project seeks to understand the dynamics and stimuli for innovation employed in various state institutions, such as the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (SGPCM), the Agency for Administrative Modernization (AMA) through LabX, the National Institute of Administration (INA), the Portuguese Navy and the Portuguese Army, as well as Europol. After conducting this analysis, the outcome of this project will result in a set of recommendations that can be applied to foster innovation and further enhance the use of Labinov. After conducting this analysis, the outcome of this project has led to a series of conclusions, such as the identification of the need for investment in Human Resources (RH) and the continuation of the commitment to technological tools.
