Este trabalho final de mestrado consiste na proposta de um plano de negócios para a criação de um Estrutura Residencial para Pessoas Idosas com demência.
A metodologia utilizada para a elaboração do plano de negócios foi a conjugação entre a metodologia IAPMEI (2013) e de Harvard (2007), por serem consideradas, na perspetiva do autor, as que melhor organizam as diferentes secções temáticas para este plano de negócios.
Foram utilizadas informações sobre as envolventes externas, informações estratégicas, técnicas, operacionais, financeiras, entre outras. Em complemento foram efetuadas recolhas de dados primários através da aplicação de entrevistas estruturadas a familiares de pessoas idosas com indícios de demência e um questionário enviado por correio eletrónico a Lares de Idosos de referência nacional situados na Área Metropolitana de Lisboa.
A análise financeira do projeto demonstrou que existe viabilidade para a execução do mesmo, sendo atrativo para o investidor.
This master final dissertation is executed by the development of a business plan for the creation of a care home for old people with dementia. The methodology used to prepare the business plan was the combination of IAPMEI (2013) and Harvard (2007) methodology, as they are considered from the author's perspective, those that best organize the different thematic sections for this business plan. Information regarding the external environment, strategy, operations and finance are used in this method. In addition, there were also collected some primary data, through the application of structured interviews to family members of old people with dementia and a questionnaire sent by email to national reference care homes for old people located in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area. The financial analysis of the project has proven that there is viability for the execution, being quite appealing for the investor.
