O conceito de utopia, é equiparado ao sonho, permite-nos dar asas à imaginação. O estudo do pensamento utópico no seguinte trabalho contribuiu para a projeção de algo que tem como premissa transformar o presente para tornar o futuro melhor. Este, centra-se na transformação social valorizando o papel do individuo, o seu bem-estar e a sua relação com o espaço e o meio envolvente, em prol de uma sociedade mais justa. Assim como, a arquitetura multissensorial que tem como base a estimulação dos cinco sentidos no ser humano através da arquitetura. Estabelecendo uma relação intrínseca entre corpo e espaço construído. Avaliando esta relação, existiu a necessidade de analisar o que é sentir tendo em conta algumas condicionantes sensoriais. A forte ligação entre ser, arquitetura e cidade reflete-se nas tradições, memórias e lugares. As fusões destes temas completam assim a narrativa sobre o ideal imaginado para a cidade. O lugar escolhido para a concessão deste estudo é a frente ribeirinha de Almada. Começa no Cais do Ginjal e acaba na Quinta da Arealva. Um sítio com importante valor de património industrial, que se encontra nos dias de hoje em ruínas, restando apenas as suas memórias e tradições. A seguinte proposta é feita para todos e visa melhorar construtivamente esta frente, tornando-se um polo aglutinador da comunidade, onde a população de Almada tem a possibilidade de desfrutar de um novo espaço de recreio que, permite experimentar o rio de uma maneira diferente.
The concept of utopia, equated to the dream, allows us to give wings to the imagination. The study of utopian thought in the following work contributed to the projection of something whose premise is to transform the present to make the future better. It focuses on social transformation valuing the role of the individual, their well-being and their relationship with the space and the surrounding environment, in favor of a fairer society. As well as the multisensory architecture that is based on the stimulation of the five senses in the human being through architecture. Establishing an intrinsic relationship between body and built space. Assessing this relationship, there was a need to analyze what it is to feel taking into account some sensory conditioning factors. The strong connection between being architecture and city is reflected in traditions, memories and places. The merging of these themes thus completes the narrative of the ideal imagined for the city. The location chosen for the grant of this study is the riverside front of Almada. It starts at Cais do Ginjal and ends at Quinta da Arealva. A site with important value of industrial heritage, which is nowadays in ruins, leaving only its memories and traditions. The following proposal is made for all and aims to constructively improve this front, becoming a focal point of the community, where the people of Almada have the possibility to enjoy a new recreational space that allows them to experience the river in a different way.
