O tema desenvolvido no projeto final de mestrado, assenta na
exploração e no reconhecimento de um território rural em Portugal.
Desenvolvendo uma proposta de revitalização e requalificação como
elemento de reativação da população residente e não residente, nas
extremidades dos distritos Santarém e Castelo Branco. Mais precisamente
na Albufeira de Castelo de Bode, no município da Sertã, onde se localiza
um parque de campismo inativo.
Existe análises de duas temáticas, uma base prática e outra base
teórica. Na base prática, a mesma, advém de uma vasta e recorrente
pesquisa. Devido a uma relação pessoal com o local escolhido, existe uma
preocupação de tentar corresponder às necessidades, consoante o que
está em falta, percebendo o que pode interligar as suas origens e os
conceitos. Após esta preocupação deparamo-nos com a análise teórica,
para um desenvolvimento de ordem arquitetónica, que permita ao território
ter um novas funcionalidades, tendo sempre a natureza em consideração.
O projeto baseia-se na promoção do crescimento da oferta e da
procura que existe em todo o Rio Zêzere. Ao longo destes anos, a procura
de espaços recreativos ao longo da Albufeira de Castelo de Bode estão
relacionados cada vez mais com a prática do desporto, e a necessidade do
indivíduo se conectar com a natureza.
A animação turística, no âmbito do turismo ativo, tem-se expandido no
nosso país, com atividades de carácter náuticas/desportos radicais a
desempenharem uma função primordial para preencher os tempos de ócio,
combater o ‘stress’ e colmatar as rotinas da vida moderna e para
estabelecer laços com a natureza e o rio.
The theme developed in the final master's project is based on the exploration and recognition of a rural territory in Portugal. Developing a revitalization and requalification proposal as an element of reactivation of the resident and non-resident population, at the ends of the Santarém and Castelo Branco districts. More precisely in the Castelo de Bode Reservoir, in the municipality of Sertã, where an inactive campsite is located. There are analyzes of two themes, a practical basis and a theoretical basis. On a practical basis, it comes from extensive and recurring research. Due to a personal relationship with the chosen location, there is a concern to try to meet the needs, depending on what is missing, understanding what can connect its origins and concepts. After this concern, we are faced with theoretical analysis, for a development of architectural order, which allows the territory to have new functionalities, always taking nature into consideration. The project is based on promoting growth in supply and demand that exists throughout the Zêzere River. Over the years, the search for recreational spaces along the Castelo de Bode Reservoir has been increasingly related to the practice of sport, and the individual's need to connect with nature. Tourist entertainment, within the scope of active tourism, has expanded in our country, with nautical activities/extreme sports playing a key role in filling leisure time, combating stress and filling the routines of modern life. and to establish ties with nature and the river.
