Resumo(s)
Este projeto final de mestrado tem como objetivo a criação de um espaço inovador no centro de Lisboa, que combine diferentes tipos de espaços de trabalho e ofereça habitação acessível. O local escolhido para a intervenção foi o Museu Nacional de História Natural e da Ciência (MUHNAC) e a temática explorada foi a luz, cor e matéria. O estudo da zona onde o caso de estudo está localizado revelou a necessidade de um edifício que reunisse diversas atividades, desde institutos de educação até exposições e mercados de rua.
Com base nessa análise, propôs-se a criação de um programa de coworking que abrangesse espaços de trabalho partilhados e espaços específicos para atividades artísticas. Além disso, serão desenvolvidos espaços comerciais e uma área de exposição, com o objetivo de integrar os jovens no mercado de trabalho.
Considerando também a demanda por habitação acessível, a intervenção proposta inclui a criação de um espaço de coliving, popular entre os jovens devido aos preços acessíveis e o ambiente comunitário. Dessa forma, o projeto não oferece apenas espaços de criação, exposição e vendas de trabalho como também proporcionará habitações acessíveis.
Com esta proposta, procura-se atender às necessidades da comunidade artística e dos jovens em geral, oferecendo um ambiente que, através do uso adequado da luz, cor e matéria, promova a criatividade, a produtividade e a inovação. Ao proporcionar espaços multifuncionais e partilhados que incentivem a interação, colaboração e o desenvolvimento pessoal, o projeto visa criar um local dinâmico e estimulante tanto para o trabalho como para a vida quotidiana dos ocupantes.
This final master’s project aims to create na innovative space in the center os Lisbon that combines diferente types of workspaces and offers affordable housing. The chosen location for the intervention was the National Museum of Natural History and Science (MUHNAC), and the theme explored was light, color and matter. The study of the área where the case study is located revealed the need for a building that would bring together various activities, from educational institutes to exhibitions and street markets. Based on this analysis, the proposal is to create a coworking program that encompasses shared workspaces and specific for artistic activities. Additionally, comercial spaces and an exhibition area will be developed with the aim of integrating young people into the job market. Considering the demand for affordable housing, the proposed intervention includes the creation of a coliving space, popular among young people due to its affordable prices and communal environment. Thus, the project not only provides spaces for creation, exhibition, and sale of work but also offers affordable housing. With this proposal, the aim is to meet the needs of the artistic community and young people in general, offering na environment that promotes creativity, productivity, and innovation through the appropriate use of light, color and matter. By providing multifunctional and shared spaces that encourage interaction, collaboration, and personal development, the project aims to create a dynamic and stimulating place for both work and the daily lives of the occupants.
