O presente relatório Os Dinamizadores Comunitários e a sua Dimensão
Intercultural foi realizado no âmbito do Mestrado em Ciências da Educação na área de
especialização de Educação Intercultural, leccionado no Instituto de Educação da
Universidade de Lisboa.
Este relatório descreve todo o trabalho realizado durante oito meses de estágio
curricular, desenvolvido no Programa Escolhas. Para além de dar a conhecer todo o
trabalho e actividades desenvolvidas por mim no âmbito do estágio no Programa
Escolhas, desenvolveu-se um projecto com um grau de autonomia maior que teve como
objectivo criar um recurso pedagógico de educação intercultural para os Dinamizadores
Comunitários de projectos Escolhas constituído por um conjunto de histórias – histórias
tradicionais culturais, histórias (tradicionais) infantis, e histórias de vida (contadas na
primeira pessoa).
Estas narrativas foram recolhidas maioritariamente junto dos próprios
dinamizadores, promovendo a sua participação e a valorização das culturas das
comunidades em que se inserem. Com estas histórias e as respectivas propostas de
questões e actividades a desenvolver pretende-se que os dinamizadores disponham de
recursos para trabalhar com as crianças e jovens nos contextos locais, promovendo uma
educação para a cidadania assente no diálogo intercultural.
This report Community Engagers and its intercultural dimension was performed under the Master degree of Science in Education in the area of specialization in Intercultural Education, taught at the Institute of Education, University of Lisbon. This report describes all the work done during the eight months of curriculum training, developed in the Programa Escolhas. In addition to making known all the work and activities undertaken by me in the Programa Escolhas was also developed a project with a greater degree of autonomy which aimed to create an educational resource for intercultural education Community Engagers projects Escolhas consisting in a set of stories - cultural and traditional stories, traditional children's tales and life stories (told in first person view). These narratives were collected mostly from the Community Engagers themselves, promoting their participation and appreciation of cultures in the communities which they operate. With these stories and their issues and proposed activities to be developed is intended that the Community Engagers have the resources to work with children and young people in local contexts, promoting an education for citizenship based on dialogue between cultures.
