O presente relatório de estágio - “O Papel do(a) Coordenador(a) Pedagógico(a)
num Centro de Formação” - está inserido no âmbito do Mestrado em Educação e
Formação, na especialização em Organização e Gestão da Educação e da Formação.
O estágio teve como objetivos proceder a uma caraterização e análise da
estrutura organizacional do Departamento de Formação, da SA Formação, onde o mesmo
decorreu; desempenhar tarefas e desenvolver competências como profissional nos
domínios da educação e formação; e concretizar um pequeno projeto de investigação
sobre o trabalho desenvolvido pelos(as) Coordenadores(as) Pedagógicos(as) da SA
Formação.
Para tal, seguiu-se uma metodologia de cariz qualitativo, suportada por diferentes
técnicas de recolha de dados: a análise documental; a observação participante; as notas
de campo; e as entrevistas semidiretivas.
Após a análise dos dados recolhidos, foi possível determinar que o trabalho
desenvolvido pelos(as) Coordenadores(as) Pedagógicos(as), da SA Formação, se
carateriza pela sua brevidade, variedade, fragmentação e de curta duração. No seu
quotidiano, as tarefas que desempenham, maioritariamente, são tarefas de conceção,
salientando a planificação, a coordenação e o controlo e tarefas de relações humanas,
destacando a comunicação. Desta forma, é possível afirmar que os papéis com maior
destaque no seu quotidiano, são o papel interpessoal e informacional.
O estágio proporcionou, na área de formação e interesse, a aquisição de
experiência profissional enquanto técnico superior de educação e formação; a colocação
em prática e o desenvolvimento de diversos conhecimentos e competências adquiridos
ao longo da formação académica; e, ainda, integrar o mercado de trabalho na área da
educação e da formação.
This internship reports “The Role of a Pedagogical Coordinator in a Training Center”, as part of the Master’s in Education and Training, specialisation of Organization and management of Education and Training. The internship aimed to define and analyse the organisational structure of the Training Department (SA Formação) where the internship took place. The purpose was to perform tasks and develop skills as a professional in the education and training field, while carrying out a small research project applied to the work done by the Pedagogical Coordinators of the institution. Thus, a qualitative methodology was developed, supported by different data collection techniques: document analysis; participative observation; field notes and semi-directive interviews. After analysing the collected data, it was possible to determine that the role of the Pedagogical Coordinators, from SA Formação, is characterised by its briefness, variety, fragmentation and short duration. In their daily work routine, the tasks performed are mostly conceptual design tasks, emphasizing planning, coordination and control of human relations tasks, featuring communication. Accordingly, it is possible to affirm that the most prominent parts in their daily work routine are the interpersonal and informational roles. The internship enabled the acquisition of professional experience in the field of interest of academic training for an education and training technician. This internship allowed the application and development of knowledge and skills acquired during academic training as well as integrating them to the labour market in the education and training sector.
