O estágio permite obter novas experiências, aprendizagens, adquirir novas formas de abordagens e, principalmente, realizar a transição da teoria para a prática. No presente Relatório, apresenta-se a época desportiva do Treinador Estagiário integrado numa equipa técnica, na época 2022/2023 no Grupo Sportivo de Loures, no escalão de Sub-17 num contexto de alta competição (1ª Divisão Nacional de Sub-17). O Relatório inicia-se com a caracterização do contexto de estágio, descrevendo a entidade de acolhimento e os seus recursos, a função na equipa técnica, a matriz SWOT, objetivos e estratégias de implementação. Tendo como suporte bibliográfico a revisão de literatura, foi descrito a gestão do processo de treino e de competição, o projeto de investigação e a relação com a comunidade. A gestão do processo de treino e de competição inclui o planeamento, a metodologia usada no treino, o modelo de jogo e as análises realizadas para a preparação da competição. Posteriormente, anexou-se a investigação com a orientação para a Análise de Networks e para a relação desta com o Resultado e com os Expected Goals. Esta análise possibilitou usar novas ferramentas que permitem auxiliar treinadores e analistas no processo de treino e de jogo. Relativamente à relação com a comunidade, desenvolveu-se um evento que constou de um torneio centrado na identificação de talentos.
The internship allows you to gain new experiences, knowledge, to acquire new approaches, and, most importantly, to fill the gap between theory and practice. This report presents the sports season of the Intern Coach as part of a technical team during the 2022/2023 season at Grupo Sportivo de Loures, in the Under-17 category, within a high-competition context (National 1st Division of Under-17). The report begins with the characterization of the internship context, describing the hosting organization and its resources, the role within the technical team, SWOT analysis, objectives, and implementation strategies. Supported by literature review, the management of the training and competition process, research project, and community relationship were described. The management of the training and competition process includes planning, training methodology, game model, and analyses conducted for competition preparation. Additionally, the research was attached, focusing on Network Analysis and its relationship with outcomes and Expected Goals. This analysis allowed for the use of new tools that assist coaches and analysts in the training and game process. Regarding the community relationship, an event was developed consisting of a talent identification-centered tournament.
