O processo de admissão de cadetes na Academia da Força Aérea : uma aplicação da análise multicritério

O processo de admissão de cadetes à Academia da Força Aérea realiza-se anualmente, por forma a dotar a FAP de recursos humanos capazes de cumprir os seus objetivos. O presente Trabalho Final de Mestrado propõe uma alternativa de seleção de candidatos à AFA.
Deste modo, é objetivo deste trabalho munir a FAP de uma ferramenta analítica e matemática, que, através de análises mais detalhadas, permitirá suportar a tomada de decisão na admissão de cadetes à AFA, por forma a fazer face às exigências da carreira militar, das funções específicas da carreira de oficial dos Quadros Permanentes e consequentemente da missão da FAP.
O modelo foi desenvolvido em interação com os responsáveis de cada área descritas no presente estudo, seguindo a abordagem multicritério MACBETH e utilizando a ferramenta informática WISED que, se concluiu desejável a sua utilização na construção do modelo.
The admission of cadets to Air Force Academy is held annually in order to provide the Portuguese Air Force of human resources to achieve their goals. This Final Master Work propose an alternative selection of candidates for AFA. Therefore, the aim of this work is to equip FAP an analytical tool and mathematics, which, through more detailed analyzes will support the decision making in the admission of cadets to AFA in order to meet the demands of the military career of specific functions of the career of an officer and consequently of the FAP mission. The model was developed in coordination with the heads of each area described in this study, following the MACBETH multicriteria approach and using the software wised. Its use was found desirable in the construction of the model.
