O estágio pedagógico constitui-se como um momento de formação em regime de supervisão pedagógica, habilitante da função de professor de Educação Física. Neste sentido, todo o processo foi orientado para o desenvolvimento das competências associadas à profissão docente.
Assumindo ao longo do relatório que o sucesso educativo dos alunos, deve ser o foco das decisões e ações dos professores e das escolas, o presente documento expõe as atividades realizadas ao longo deste ano letivo, numa perspetiva reflexiva, crítica e projetiva. Como a atividade do professor não se cinge ao contexto da sala de aula, é feita a caraterização do processo de estágio nas diferentes áreas de intervenção de um professor de Educação Física. Assim, a contextualização da comunidade escolar é apresentada para enquadrar todas as atividades realizadas e decisões tomadas. Em cada um dos contextos participados são descritas as dificuldades encontradas e as estratégias utilizadas para as superar.
O desenvolvimento profissional e pessoal, integrado nas características e decisões específicas da organização escolar, é analisado numa visão projetiva. Neste sentido, é feito um paralelismo entre as dificuldades encontradas e as ações pedagógicas futuras, procurando estabelecer estratégias tendo em vista o contínuo desenvolvimento profissional.
The teacher training is part of the graduation, through a supervised and guided teaching practice, qualifying Physical Education teachers. Thus, the whole procedure was guided aiming at the development of skills associated with the teaching career. Assuming, in this report, that the students’ educational success must be the focus of the decisions and actions made by teachers and schools, this document presents the activities carried out throughout this school year, in a reflective, critical and projective way. As the role of a teacher is not just within a classroom context, we make a characterization of the teacher training process, in the different fields a physical education teacher operates. In this way, the contextualization of the school community is presented in order to frame all the activities that were carried out, and what decisions were made. It is reported, in each of the participating contexts, the difficulties encountered and the strategies used to overcome them. The professional and personal development, integrated with the characteristics and school organization specific decisions, is analyzed from a projective point of view. In this way, it is made a parallelism between the difficulties encountered and the future pedagogical actions, trying to establish strategies aiming at the continuous professional development.
