Abstract(s)
verdadeira do real. O legislador-sujeito cartesiano (onde enunciação e enunciado
In the metaphysics of Western philosophy, the subject is transcendental and unitary â an a priori of reality itself. The concept of subject reaches its greatest height in Cartesian thought, which declares that the soul is the only true property of reality. The Cartesian legislator-subject (where the subject of enunciation and the subject of the statement become confused) becomes the legislator of its own autonomous and egotistic world. Cartesian philosophy is at the core of philosophical individualism, in the same way that it consolidates the spiritualism that came before it. It is crucial to deconstruct this concept of subjectivity that declares that the roles of the so-called normal subjects are strict and static. Contrary to what Descartes (and all of metaphysics) maintains, there is no abstract or unitary subject, in fact there are particular cases of subjects that are recognized by their plurality and heterogeneity. It is the dated and sclerotic Cartesian metaphysics, characteristic of capitalism, that is responsible for mechanisms such as the division and roles of gender, economic and social stratification, genealogy and inheritance, patriarchal power and the institution of racism, homophobia, sexism and transphobia. The origins of the unit that regulates the production of subjectivity in capitalism are founded in the dualisms that want to guarantee the status quo and its immutable hierarchies (manâwoman/whiteâblack/heteroâhomo/cisgenderâtransgender). The dissident subjects of our world cannot conform â and do not conform â to the impotence created by unitary thought. This dissertation positions itself before the strategies of those subjects; firstly it will analyze and praise their tactics, and secondly it will criticize and refute the mechanisms of their opponents: the bourgeois, patriarchal, and capitalist norm. From the appropriation of insult to drag performativity, from the contrast between the types of social organization of mass (crowd) and pack to schizophrenia as method, and to the questioning of the borders between reason and madness, the rhizomatic model of this investigation aims to reveal the fundamental principles of a materialist and dissident conception of subjectivity.
