O estágio pedagógico, enquanto parte integrante da formação inicial do professor, caracteriza-se como o momento decisivo de integração na prática docente, sendo o produto de todo o desenvolvimento formativo e de confronto, representando o ponto máximo de confrontação do futuro professor com a realidade do ensino.
O presente documento constitui uma apreciação crítica, reflexiva e, sempre que possível, projetiva sobre o processo formativo construído durante o estágio pedagógico, visando tornar mais consciente a função docente a desempenhar no futuro. Este processo de formação inicial englobou o planeamento, a avaliação e a condução, relatando-se neste relatório as dificuldades sentidas e as estratégias encontradas para superá-las. Para a construção de um melhor profissional, o estágio não se cingiu apenas à organização e gestão do ensino, mas também à inovação e investigação pedagógica, à participação na escola e à relação com a comunidade. Tal permitiu ao professor estagiário vivenciar e desenvolver outras experiências no seio escolar, o que possibilitou que o futuro professor projetasse a sua ação a outros níveis. Todo este percurso foi assente numa supervisão pedagógica, que serviu de guia para me aproximar o mais possível de um processo de ensino-aprendizagem de excelência.
The pedagogical internship, as part of the initial teacher education, is characterized as the turning point of integration in teaching practice, being the product of the entire formative development and confrontation, representing the highest point of confrontation of the future teacher with the reality of teaching. This document represents a critical appreciation, reflective and, whenever possible, projective about the formation process built during the pedagogical internship, aiming to become more aware of the teaching role to play in the future. This initial formation process involves planning, evaluation and conduct, describing in this report the difficulties felt and the strategies found to overcome them. To build a better professional, the internship is not confined only to the organization and management of education, but also to the innovation and educational research, participation in school and relationship with the community. This allowed the trainee teacher to experience and develop other experiences in school, what made it possible for the future teacher to project his action at other levels in school. All this route was based on a pedagogical supervision, which served as a guide to approach as much as possible to an excellence process of teaching and learning.
