Resumo(s)
O presente trabalho debruça-se sobre um projeto teóricoprático ligado ao desenvolvimento de figurinos de teatro
inteiramente confecionados através de malha tricotada.
Pretende-se realizar uma interpretação dos figurinos da peça
'Sonho de uma noite de Verão' de William Shakespeare, e com
esse efeito recorrer à malha tricotada manualmente para
desenvolver as propostas para cada personagem após análise
das mesmas.
Desta forma intenta-se a criação de uma nova abordagem no
campo dos figurinos para teatro, aliando os conhecimentos
adquiridos enquanto aluna do curso de Design de Moda e o
interesse pelo universo do espetáculo.
ABSTRACT: The current research work focuses on a theoretical and practical project about the development of costumes for theater, made entirely by handmade knit. It is intended as a interpretation of the costumes of William Shakespeare’s play, Midsummer night’s dream, exploring the use of handmade knitwear to develop the costumes for the characters after their analysis. The main objective of this project is to offer a new approach at a creative level in the field of theater costumes, combining the knowledge acquired as a student of the course of Fashion Design and the passion for spectacle, particularly the creative process of costume design for theater
