La cerámica griega del período arcaico es muy rara en el territorio portugués, con solo cinco vasos. Tres de ellos son importaciones corintias, fechadas entre 575 y 550 a. C. Los otros dos son áticos y la primera mitad del siglo V parece ser la cronología más adecuada para estos fragmentos. Estos materiales pueden integrarse en el proceso de suministro de productos griegos a los sitios fenicios y orientalizados de la
península ibérica.
The Greek pottery of the Archaic period is very rare in the Portuguese territory, with only five vases. Three of them are Corinthian imports, dated between 575 and 550 BC. The others two are attic and the first half of the V century seems the more adequate chronology to these fragments. These materials can be integrating in the process of the supply of Greek products to the Phoenician and orientalized sites of the Iberian Peninsula.
