O tema deste trabalho incide sobre a Avaliação de Desempenho para Operacionais do Grupo Vitacress. O objetivo deste Relatório é desenvolver um estudo de caso e descrever as atividades desenvolvidas no âmbito do estágio efetuado no Grupo Vitacress. Nesse sentido, foi necessário avaliar todo o Sistema de Avaliação tendo em conta os objetivos definidos para o mesmo, identificar necessidades de formação; remunerar o desempenho individual; aumentar a produtividade; alinhamento dos colaboradores com os objetivos estratégicos do grupo e um aumento da motivação dos trabalhadores. Este trabalho está dividido em quatro etapas. Em primeiro lugar, é feita uma revisão da literatura, de seguida a apresentação do Grupo Vitacress, depois, a descrição das atividades desenvolvidas durante o estágio realizado no Grupo, seguidamente a discussão e a análise crítica e por fim as conclusões, limitações e propostas para investigações futuras.
The theme of this work focuses on the Performance Evaluation for the Vitacress Operating Group. The objective of this report is to develop a case study and describe the activities performed under the stage in Vitacress Group. For this it was necessary to evaluate the whole system of evaluation, taking into account the objectives set for the program, identifying training needs; reward individual performance; increased productivity; Employee alignment with strategic objectives of the group and an increase in worker motivation. This work is divided into four distinct periods. Firstly, a literature review, then the presentation of the Group Vitacress then the description of the activities performed during the group stage, then the discussion and critical analysis and finally the conclusions, limitations and proposals are made for future investigations.
