On land that was once a landfill, reinvigorated as the Tagus Park located on the banks of the river of the same name, an audacious vision emerges: a Center for Research and Analysis of the River and Sea. This innovative architectural design is not just a physical structure, but a promise of educational and constructive revolution. The creation of an educational research complex where new ways of teaching and experiencing teaching spaces will be the main rule in the project concept. New geometries will be implemented so that new teaching methods and typologies gain space, thus leaving behind the masterful and focused way of teaching classes. To complement these innovative additions, an unprecedented construction method will be implemented, which despite being simple, has the potential to take this project to a new level in terms of space and geometry design. But this center is not just a beacon of wisdom; it is also a driver of regional development. Strategically located between Parque das Nações and Sacavém, it aims to enhance these areas, transforming them into the academic epicenter on the national scene. A project that aims to create emotions for those who visit there, creating winding paths between buildings, walkable roofs, curved facades, all to give one of the most iconic riverside views of Lisbon. An ambitious project with many strengths intrinsic to the project and with a lot of connection, both to the place and to the history of the country.
