O presente estudo analisa os efeitos da reforma do trabalhador por velhice na relação de trabalho, à luz do regime estabelecido no artigo 348.º do Código do Trabalho, em articulação com o regime de segurança social no tocante às condições de atribuição da pensão de velhice, enquanto incentivo à continuação da prestação de
atividade profissional depois de o trabalhador se encontrar em situação de reforma.
This article analyses the effects of the worker’s retirement due to old age on the employment relationship, in the light of the regime established in article 348 of the Labour Code, in articulation with the social security regime regarding the conditions of attribution of the old age pension, as an incentive to continue working after retirement.
