O presente relatório reflete e analisa criticamente o meu trabalho enquanto professor estagiário de Educação Física na Escola Básica e Secundária Anselmo de Andrade no ano letivo 2023/24. O relatório visa a aquisição de competências que contribuíram para a construção da minha identidade profissional como docente, refletindo sobre todo o trabalho desenvolvido durante o estágio pedagógico. Ao longo deste percurso, enfrentei diversas dificuldades, tais como a gestão do tempo entre o planeamento de aulas e o acompanhamento individual dos alunos, bem como a adaptação aos diferentes estilos de aprendizagem. As minhas principais forças incluíram a capacidade de criar um ambiente de sala de aula inclusivo e motivador. Para superar os desafios, adotei estratégias como a procura por feedback de colegas. Estas experiências, reflexões e práticas nas quatro áreas de intervenção pedagógica moldaram significativamente a minha abordagem e filosofia educacional. Este ano revelou-se extremamente enriquecedor, pois marcou a minha transição de estudante para professor, proporcionando uma compreensão aprofundada da dinâmica escolar e do papel do docente. Neste contexto, compreendi que cada aluno possui motivações e vivências distintas, frequentemente negligenciadas ao longo do percurso escolar. Como professor estagiário, procurei apoiar os alunos em todas as vertentes, promovendo a compreensão e a entreajuda entre colegas e membros da comunidade escolar, contribuindo para um melhor processo de ensino-aprendizagem.
The present report reflects and critically analyzes my work as a trainee Physical Education teacher at Escola Básica e Secundária Anselmo de Andrade during the academic year 2023/24. The report aims to document the acquisition of competencies that contributed to the construction of my professional identity as a teacher, reflecting on all the work developed during the teaching internship. Throughout this journey, I faced various difficulties, such as managing time between lesson planning and individual student support, as well as adapting to different learning styles. My main strengths included the ability to create an inclusive and motivating classroom environment. To overcome the challenges, I adopted strategies such as seeking feedback from colleagues. These experiences, reflections, and practices in the four areas of pedagogical intervention significantly shaped my educational approach and philosophy. This year has proven to be extremely enriching, as it marked my transition from student to teacher, providing a deep understanding of school dynamics and the role of the teacher. In this context, I understood that each student has distinct motivations and experiences, often neglected throughout their school journey. As a trainee teacher, I sought to support students in all aspects, promoting understanding and mutual help among peers and members of the school community, contributing to a better teaching and learning process.
