O presente relatório de estágio retrata um ano letivo rico em imprevisibilidade e aprendizagem, onde procurei desenvolver as minhas competências enquanto futura professora de Educação Física. Num regime de ensino híbrido, oscilante entre presencial e ensino à distância, foram inúmeras as experiências proporcionadas pelo estágio pedagógico. Todas elas foram me moldando a nível pessoal e profissional, onde cresci através da análise e reflexão da e para a ação, de forma individual ou partilhada. Ser professor não se resume ao planeamento, condução e avaliação do ensino. O estágio é completo quanto às experiências de formação que oferece e, neste documento, faço referência às atividades desenvolvidas num ambiente complexo com múltiplas variáveis. Ser professor é saber agir em diversas vertentes, sejam elas relacionadas com o processo ensino-aprendizagem, inovação e investigação do ensino, participação da e na comunidade ou estabelecimento de relações com a comunidade educativa. Neste documento reflito criticamente sobre um período em que fui professora e aluna em simultâneo. Mais do que saber transmitir os conhecimentos da disciplina, os saberes científico e humano são essenciais, para que os alunos consigam resolver os problemas que lhes serão colocados no futuro
This internship report portrays a school year full of unpredictability and learning, during which I have developed my skills as a future Physical Education teacher. In a hybrid/mixed teaching regime, swinging between face-to-face and distance learning, the pedagogical internship provided me countless experiences, having all of them contributed to my personal and professional development by means of constant individual or shared analysis and reflection. Being a teacher is not just planning, conducting and evaluating the learning process. The internship is very rich in terms of offering training experiences and, throughout this document, I refer to the activities carried out in a complex environment with multiple challenges. Being a teacher is having the capacity to act differently according to a specific situation, being it related to the learning process, teaching innovation and research, participation in the community or the establishment of relationships within the educational community. Throughout my report I analyze critically a period during which I was simultaneously a teacher and a student. More than knowing how to transmit the knowledge of a subject, scientific and human knowledge are crucial for students to be able to solve the problems they will have to face in the future.
