Perante um cenário de crescente aumento da população nas áreas urbanas, aliado à dificuldade de acesso a habitação acessível dentro das cidades, como é o caso da área metropolitana de Lisboa, atualmente com 2.870.208 milhões de habitantes (28% da população portuguesa), o presente trabalho parte da necessidade de querer dar um pequeno contributo para solucionar o problema da crise da habitação que afeta as cidades contempoâneas. O tema reflete o interesse em demonstrar a possibilidade de desenvolver um Tipo concebido para ser capaz de ocupar qualquer Topos, através de tornar a habitar espaços da cidade que sejam vazios urbanos como é o caso da Lisnave, antiga indústria naval que hoje se encontra em ruínas. A proposta elaborada procura responder ao problema apresentado com recurso à arquitetura efémera - e desenvolvimento de um Tipo - que se apropria da ruína industrial e acaba por promover a regeneração urbana da Lisnave. Uma vez que a Margueira apresenta potencial geográfico, histórico, urbanístico e arquitetónico, com esta proposta pretende-se demonstrar a pertinência em justificar a escolha da Lisnave como Topos e a viabilidade do projeto como um todo. Espera-se conseguir, através do desenvolvimento de um Tipo, conjuntamente com a solução desenvolvida no Topos, contribuir positivamente para o solucionamento de parta do problema da crise da habitação.
Faced with a scenario of increasing population in urban areas, combined with the difficulty of access to affordable housing within cities, as is the case of the Lisbon metropolitan area, currently with 2,870,208 million inhabitants (28% of the Portuguese population), the present work starts from the need to make a small contribution to solve the problem of the housing crisis that affects contemporary cities. The theme reflects the interest in demonstrating the possibility of developing a Type designed to be able to occupy any Topos, through re-inhabiting spaces in the city that are urban voids, as is the case of Lisnave, an old shipbuilding industry that is now in ruins. The elaborated proposal seeks to respond to the problem presented by resorting to ephemeral architecture - and development of a Type - which appropriates the industrial ruin and ends up promoting the urban regeneration of Lisnave. Since Margueira has geographical, historical, urban and architectural potential, this proposal aims to demonstrate the relevance of justifying the choice of Lisnave as Tópos and the feasibility of the project as a whole. It is hoped to be able, through the development of a Type, together with the solution developed in Tópos, to contribute positively to the solution of part of the problem of the housing crisis.
