| dc.description.abstract | Mental health has emerged as a key factor of happiness and satisfaction for every individual and thus, it is crucial to research the effects of work on mental health and how we can develop better systems to support employees in case of a mental health issue. In this master’s final work, the author will assess the efficacy of support systems for employees regarding their mental health and review existing literature and research on the subject to provide an overview of the current landscape. A special focus will be on the support systems of consultancies because of their unique work schedule and conditions. | pt_PT |

Neste Trabalho Final de Mestrado (TFM), o autor avaliará a eficácia dos sistemas de apoio aos trabalhadores no que diz respeito à sua saúde mental e analisará a literatura e investigação científica existentes sobre a temática, a fim de fornecer uma visão geral do panorama atual.
