This report was developed within the scope of the curricular internship within the Master's Degree in Exercise and Health at the Faculty of Human Motricity, in the academic year 2020/2021, with a view to obtaining a Master's degree. The internship was based on the intervention in the Free Program for Education and Exercise in Osteoarthrosis (PLE2NO), this year 100% online and aimed to: (1) acquire knowledge about rheumatic diseases and their impact on quality of life, especially osteoarthritis; (2) develop skills and competences in assessing the physical fitness of people with osteoarthritis; (3) prescribe exercise as well as lead exercise sessions for this population; (4) improve counseling regarding physical activity and intervention strategies for practice; (5) deepen personal skills such as confidence and autonomy; (6) analyzes the effectiveness of the PLE2NO program in the physical activity, depression, quality of life and global perception of change variables; (7) to analyze the perception of participants in the PLE2NO program in relation to physical, digital literacy and psychosocial variables. This program was effective in developing needs so that participants could manage the disease autonomously, improving the quality of life and symptoms associated with depression. It was equally effective in changing the behavior of sedentary behavior, for which my intervention was part and, consequently, in the increase in physical activity. In personal terms, I managed to achieve the goals that I proposed, paying special attention to exercise prescription for this population and to improving my leadership skills.
