Este relatório é referente ao processo de Estágio Pedagógico realizado no ano letivo 2014/2015. Este momento de formação caracteriza-se pela integração do formando no contexto profissional. A lecionação de aulas de Educação Física, de sessões de treino de Desporto Escolar e o acompanhamento do Diretor de Turma permitiram-me conhecer as diversas funções ligadas à profissão de docente. Para além destas atividades foi ainda realizado um projeto de investigação-ação, que contribuiu para aprofundar o conhecimento da estrutura organizativa da escola e da comunidade educativa.
O relatório pretende dar a conhecer a experiência vivida ao longo deste ano letivo, as dificuldades sentidas, as estratégias utilizadas para as ultrapassar e a contribuição destas experiências para a vida pessoal e profissional. Ao longo do ano as competências de planeamento, condução e avaliação foram sendo melhoradas através das práticas realizadas, sua reflexão, do estudo autónomo e da partilha de informação que ocorreu entre o núcleo de estágio. Estas vivências contribuíram para que me tornasse mais competente na função docente, processo que se manterá em construção. O processo de ensino-aprendizagem deve estar centrado no aluno, procurando o seu sucesso. Neste sentido é importante a existência de uma avaliação formativa que oriente as aprendizagens dos alunos.
This report refers to the student teaching process carried out in the 2014/2015 school year. This time of formation is characterized by the integration of the student teacher in the professional context. The teaching of physical education classes, the school sports training sessions and monitoring of the class director allowed me to know the various tasks related to the teaching profession. In addition to these activities I also carried out a project of action-research, which contributed to greater understanding of the organizational structure of the school and the educational community. The report aims to present the experience during this school year, the difficulties felt, the strategies used to overcome them and the contribution of these experiences for personal and professional growth. Throughout the year the skills of planning, conduct and evaluation were being improved through the practices carried out, its reflection, self-study and sharing of information between the student teaching group. These experiences helped me to become more competent in the teaching function, a process that will remain under construction. The process of teaching and learning should be student-centered, seeking its success. It is therefore important that there is an assessment to guide student learning.
