| dc.description.abstract | O artigo tem por objetivo identificar um novo perfil da onerosidade na relação de emprego, vistos os novos modos de organização da produção desenvolvidos neste século, com destaque para a economia do compartilhamento ou economia da tecnologia digital. A hipótese é de que seja possível a ampliação da esfera protetiva do emprego para alcançar novas relações que tendem a ficar excluídas da incidência dos direitos trabalhistas, o que se fará pela releitura do artigo 3º da CLT. A metodologia utilizada é jurídico-sociológica e o artigo apresentará como resultados novos conceitos jurídicos em torno da onerosidade no contrato de emprego | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The article aims to identify a new profile of onerosity in th employment relationship, considering the new ways of production organization developed in this century, with emphasis on the sharing economy or the digital technology economy. The hypothesis is that it is possible to expand the protective sphere of employment to achieve new relationships that tend to be excluded from the incidence of labor rights, which will be carried out through a reinterpretation of Article 3 of the CLT. The methodology used is legal and sociological and the article will present as results new legal concepts around the onerosity on the employment contract. | pt_PT |
