Nowadays there is a growing concern of people with the health and well-being of their pets, seeing the pets to be part of their families. As a consequence, there is an increasing search for places that know how to deal with their companions in a specialized and passionate way. It is therefore intended, with this final master's thesis, to test the economic and financial viability through the elaboration of a business plan of opening a commercial space with several services for pets, because according to Chwolka and Raith (2011), a business plan, allows the entrepreneur to evaluate the opportunity before making the decision to enter the market. The methodology used in this business plan is based on a combination of the Harvard (2007) and Kuratko (2009) methodology, since this way it covers a greater number of essential aspects for the analysis of this project. After verifying all the key areas for the opening of a business, ie the environmental surrounding, the competition, the marketing plan, the operational and personnel management, and the market research with primary data, through an inquiry and with secondary data collected through several databases, it was possible to develop a reliable financial plan for decision-making. The financial analysis of the project has proven that there is viability for the its execution, being quite appealing for any investor.
