| dc.description.abstract | O uso das tecnologias de informação e de comunicação tem vindo a permitir a prestação da atividade laboral fora das instalações da empresa e em regime de teletrabalho, mormente no domicílio do trabalhador. Esta nova forma de prestação de trabalho e a publicação da Lei n.º 83/2021, de 06 de dezembro , fizeram-nos revisitar as respostas jurídicas atuais do ordenamento jurídico português, ou a falta de algumas delas, no caso de acidente de trabalho em regime de teletrabalho no domicílio do trabalhador. Permanecem dúvidas quanto à resolução de uma série de questões. No presente estudo procuraremos identificar algumas das principais questões em aberto e aventar possíveis soluções. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The use of information and communication technologies has been allowing the provision of work activity outside the company's premises and telecommuting, especially at the worker's home. This new form of work provision and the publication of Law n.º 83/2021, of december 6, made us revisit the current legal responses of the portuguese legal system, or the lack of some of them, in the case of a work accident while telework at the worker's home. Doubts remain relating the answer to a series of questions. In the present study we will try to identify some of the main open questions and suggest possible solutions. | pt_PT |
