O presente Relatório relatará os acontecimentos da minha última etapa de formação, essa análise irá ser efetuada sempre num ponto de vista reflexivo, projetivo e crítico de toda a minha atuação enquanto professor estagiário de Educação Física no Agrupamento de Escolas de Caneças no ano letivo 2019/2020. Para além da componente reflexiva, este relatório também pautará as competências desenvolvidas aquando do estágio pedagógico.
Este relatório estará organizado pelas 4 áreas de formação presentes no Guia de Estágio versão 2018/2019 e os seus objetivos específicos. A área 1 relatará as experiências que envolvem a organização e gestão do ensino aprendizagem, experiências como, as dificuldades sentidas no planeamento da etapa de avaliação inicial, a evolução dos feedbacks na subárea da condução do ensino e as estratégias encontradas para realizar uma avaliação formativa de qualidade. Na área 2 estará descrito todo o processo de investigação e inovação pedagógica, desde a identificação da pergunta de partida para o estudo de investigação-ação, à própria apresentação desse mesmo estudo. Será ainda apresentada a base do estudo, o Projeto Educação Física Começar Mais Cedo. A área 3 será onde estará descrito todo o processo de participação na escola, desde o acompanhamento constante do núcleo de desporto escolar de voleibol, até à conceção, implementação e avaliação do projeto de intervenção.
Por fim, a área 4 que está ligada à relação com a comunidade, onde o estagiário terá a função de acompanhamento de direção de uma turma, onde terá contacto direto com professores, alunos e os encarregados de educação e todas as tarefas associadas a esta tríade.
Para além das 4 áreas anteriormente referidas, constará no presente Relatório uma contextualização do Agrupamento de Escolas de Caneças, do núcleo de Educação Física da Escola Secundária de Caneças e ainda da turma que acompanhei ao longo do ano letivo. Para terminar, irei realizar algumas considerações finais com a minha visão sobre todo este processo e a sua importância para a minha formação
The present report intends to describe the last stage of my education, which it will be analysed from a reflective, projective and critic point of view as a physical education trainee teacher at Caneças School’s in the school year of 2019/2020. In addition of a reflexive competence, this report will feature the skills developed to complete the pedagogic teaching practice. The report is organized based on the 4 training areas present on the guide of teaching practice, version of 2018/2019, and his specific goals. The area 1 will describe the experience that involves the organization and management of teaching and learning, such as the difficulties encountered of planning the initial evaluation stage, the evolution through feedbacks in subarea of the conduct of teaching and based on the strategies found to make a formative assessment of quality. Meanwhile the area 2 it will be described the entire process of a pedagogical research and innovation, from an identification of a starting point of an action research study, to the point of the presentation of this study. It will be discussed the basis of the study, the Physical Education Project Começar Mais Cedo. Furthermore, the area 3 is explained the process of school participation, from a constant monitoring of a nucleus school volleyball sport to his conception, implementation and evaluation of the intervention project. At last, the area 4 is related to the relationship with community, the trainee will be responsible for monitoring a class direction, where it will have direct contact with teachers, students and his guardians, and all the tasks associated to this triad. Beside of these 4 areas mentioned, it will be present in this report a contextualisation of the Caneças School’s, the nucleus of physical education of Caneças high school and the class that I monitored throughout the school year. For conclusion, I will make the final considerations by my own perspective about the entire process and the importance for my education.
