O presente relatório visa realizar de forma crítica e reflexiva a apreciação de todo o processo formativo durante o estágio pedagógico realizado na Escola Secundária de Caneças no ano letivo 2020/2021.
O estágio pedagógico em questão está inserido no segundo ano do Mestrado de Ensino da Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário da Faculdade de Motricidade Humana.
Ser professor vai muito para além das funções ao nível da gestão e organização do processo de ensino-aprendizagem, podendo este ser também responsável por desempenhar outro tipo de funções dentro do contexto escolar. Entre estas, considero pertinente destacar o papel enquanto diretor de turma e uma possível responsabilização de um grupo-equipa de desporto escolar. O professor deve ainda ter em conta que, fazendo parte de um departamento curricular, deve procurar ter uma voz ativa e cooperar com os demais professores que o constituem, em busca de inovações que possibilitem uma futura melhoria na lecionação da disciplina. Ainda assim, independentemente das funções que desempenhar para além do processo de ensino e aprendizagem, é importante o professor não esquecer que no meio de todas elas, o aluno deve ser o centro de todo o processo, sendo o desenvolvimento das suas aprendizagens o mais importante.
This report aims to make a critical and reflective appreciation of the whole training process during the pedagogical internship held at Caneças Secondary School in the school year 2020/2021. This pedagogical internship is part of the second year of the Master's Degree in Physical Education Teaching in Primary and Secondary Schools of the Faculty of Human Motricity. Being a teacher goes far beyond the functions of managing and organizing the teaching-learning process and may also be responsible for performing other types of functions within the school context. Among these, I consider it pertinent to highlight the role as class director and a possible responsibility of a school sports team. The teacher should also consider that, as part of a curricular department, he/she should seek to have an active voice and cooperate with the other teachers that make it up, in search of innovations that will enable a future improvement in the teaching of the subject. Still, regardless of the functions he/she performs beyond the teaching and learning process, it is important for the teacher not to forget that in the middle of all of them, the student should be the center of the whole process, with the development of his/her learning being the most important.
