Plano de negócios “Quinta do Vale” : turismo em espaço rural

No seguinte trabalho de projeto foi elaborado um plano de negócios para a criação de um Alojamento de Turismo Rural No Parque Natural da Serra da Estrela, mais precisamente em Famalicão da Serra, no concelho da Guarda. A “Quinta do Vale” pretende ser sustentável e economicamente rentável, valorizando a proteção e preservação da natureza e das tradições locais. O trabalho projeto foi estruturado conforme a metodologia proposta por Harvard (2007). Inicialmente, foi elaborada uma revisão de literatura onde foram apresentados os conceitos de plano de negócios, empreendedorismo, turismo, turismo rural e Teoria da Mudança. Posto isto, foi elaborada uma exposição de dados relativamente ao estado do sector do turismo em Portugal, comparando sempre os dados de 2022 com a época Pré-covid19 (2019), como forma de observar a evolução do turismo. Foram ainda elaborados um plano de marketing e um plano operacional e pessoal. Por último, foi elaborada a análise financeira do projeto, com um Excel desenvolvido pela empreendedora, com o apoio do orientador. Após a análise financeira, verifica-se que o projeto apresenta um VAL de 25.203,48€ para uma TIR de 10%, e um Payback de 7 anos, sendo que o resultado líquido é positivo em todos os anos, exceto no primeiro ano do projeto.
In the following project work, a business plan was drawn up for the creation of a Rural Tourism Accommodation in the Serra da Estrela Natural Park, more precisely in Famalicão da Serra, in the municipality of Guarda. Quinta do Vale’ aims to be sustainable and economically profitable, while valuing the protection and preservation of nature and local traditions. The project was structured according to the methodology proposed by Harvard (2007). Initially, a literature review was carried out in which the concepts of business plans, entrepreneurship, tourism, rural tourism and the Theory of Change were presented. This was followed by a presentation of data on the state of the tourism sector in Portugal, always comparing data from 2022 with the pre-covid19 era (2019), as a way of observing the evolution of tourism. A marketing plan and an operational and personnel plan were also drawn up in order to produce the most accurate financial analysis possible. Finally, the project's financial analysis was drawn up using an Excel spreadsheet developed by the entrepreneur with the support of her supervisor. After the financial analysis, it can be seen that the project has an NPV of €25,203.48 for an IRR of 10%, and a Payback of 7 years, with the Net Results being positive in all years except the first year of the project.
