Nos últimos anos, as organizações têm vindo a optar pelo outsourcing de algumas das suas atividades. Por este motivo, tem aumentado o número de empresas que oferecem este tipo de serviços. O outsourcing de recursos humanos também tem evoluído e são diversas as atividades que são alvo de outsourcing, nomeadamente o Recrutamento & Seleção.
O tema deste Trabalho Final de Mestrado recai sobre o Recrutamento & Seleção na Adecco, mais precisamente na unidade de Outsourcing - Industrial & Logística. Este tem como principal objetivo apresentar as atividades que foram desenvolvidas durante o estágio curricular.
Relativamente à estrutura, o presente relatório inicia-se com o enquadramento teórico, no qual se abordam os conceitos mais importantes. De seguida é feita a apresentação da entidade de acolhimento, bem como a descrição das atividades realizadas no decorrer do estágio. Posteriormente, é feita uma análise das atividades realizadas à luz do enquadramento teórico.
In recent years, organizations have been choosing to outsource some of their activities. For this reason, the number of companies that offer this type of services has increased. The outsourcing of human resources has also evolved and there are several activities that are outsourced, namely the Recruitment & Selection. The theme of this Final Master's Work is Recruitment & Selection at Adecco, more precisely in the Outsourcing - Industrial & Logistics unit. The main objective is to present the activities that were developed during the curricular internship. With regard to structure, this report begins with the theoretical framework, which addresses the most important concepts. Afterwards, the presentation of the host entity is made, as well as a description of the activities accomplished during the internship. Then, an analysis of the activities carried out at the light of the theoretical framework is made.
