O relatório que se apresenta foi desenvolvido no âmbito do Mestrado em Treino Desportivo encontrando-se dividido em três partes: a Parte I diz respeito à descrição das tarefas realizadas na instituição Sport Lisboa e Benfica no escalão de Sub-15, a Parte II refere-se à investigação científica desenvolvida no decorrer do estágio e a Parte III diz respeito à criação e participação num evento.
Na Parte I, apresenta-se a descrição das tarefas realizadas ao longo do estágio, procurando-se evidenciar a prática diária de um analista na área de Observação e Análise num clube de elite. Neste contexto é também descrito o processo operacional nas diferentes práticas relativas a uma equipa técnica de Sub-15 do Sport Lisboa e Benfica.
Na Parte II, apresenta-se um estudo comparativo entre campeonatos, dos comportamentos técnico-táticos inerentes às diferentes posições em campo. Este estudo apresenta um caráter quantitativo, na medida em que se analisaram as possíveis diferenças nas características técnico-táticas ofensivas e defensivas entre equipas de alto rendimento de diferentes campeonatos europeus. Os dados recolhidos evidenciam a inexistência de diferenças entre os comportamentos técnico-táticos exibidos pelos jogadores nas suas posições específicas, exceto no cabeceamento ofensivo dos Defesas Centrais e no remate do Avançado.
Na parte III, apresenta-se a área de relação com a comunidade, onde é descrito a criação e apresentação de um evento: “Desenvolvimento do Jovem Atleta”. Apresenta-se ainda uma reflexão sobre os aspetos mais importantes acerca da realização deste evento.
Present report was developed within the scope of the Master in Sports Training and is divided into three parts: Part I concerns tasks description performed at the institution Sport Lisbon and Benfica at the U15 level, part II concerns the scientific research developed during the internship and part III highlights the organization and participation in an event. In Part I, the description of the tasks performed during the internship is presented, analyzing the daily practice of an analyst in the area of Observation an Analysis, performed at elite level. In this context the technical and operational process inherent to the U15 team of Sport Lisbon and Benfica, is also described. In Part II, a research study was performed, aiming to compare technical-tactical behaviors between different championships. To fulfill this purpose, high-performance European teams were analyzed, and technical-tactical actions (i.e. offensive and defensive) inherent to the different positions in the field, were compared. Results indicate that there are no technical-tactical differences between championships, when players are analyzed in their specific positions, except for thecribed. It also displays a reflection on the most important aspects about the organization and participation in the event.
