O presente projecto final de mestrado em especialização em Interiores e Reabilitação do Edificado, surge pela necessária requalificação de uma área militar em Lisboa e têm como tema – Luz e Cor no desenho da Arquitectura. O projecto urbano e arquitectónico desenvolve-se no antigo quartel do Regimento de Lanceiros n.º 2 que se localiza na fronteira da freguesia de Belém com a freguesia da Ajuda, limitada pela Calçada da Ajuda, a Rua Amoreiras à Ajuda, a Rua Nova do Calhariz, a Rua Alexandre de Sá Pinto e pelo casario paralelo à Rua da Junqueira. O enquadramento teórico desenvolvido nesta proposta apresenta uma reflexão sobre diversos temas destacando-se a conservação, o restauro, a reabilitação, a luz e a cor. Propõem-se a elaboração de um programa agregador que corresponda às características do sítio, como uma praça em continuidade com a Calçada da Ajuda, uma zona de estacionamento, um mercado com diversos pontos de venda desde verduras e legumes, uma peixaria, uma padaria e uma área de restauração. Um centro comunitário onde se destaca um auditório polivalente que pode acolher distintos usos como teatro, cinema e ainda conferências, integrando a luz e a cor como elementos qualificadores do espaço arquitectónico. Com este programa comunitário nesta zona da cidade, onde a população é mais velha e perdeu a relação como os mais jovens. Residentes e não residentes, mais jovens e menos jovens, iram usufruir de um lugar de comunhão, promovendo a sua qualidade de vida e as relações intergeracionais.
This final master's project in specialization in Interiors and Rehabilitation of Buildings arises from the necessary requalification of a military area in Lisbon and has as its theme – Light and Color in Architectural Drawing. The urban and architectural project is developed in the former Quartel do Regimento de Lanceiros n.º 2 which is located on the border of Belém with Ajuda, bordered by Calçada da Ajuda, Rua Amoreiras à Ajuda, Rua Nova do Calhariz, Rua Alexandre de Sá Pinto and the houses parallel to Rua da Junqueira. The theoretical framework developed in this proposal presents a reflection on several themes, highlighting conservation, restoration, rehabilitation, light and color. It is proposed to draw up an aggregating program that corresponds to the characteristics of the site, such as a square in continuity with the Calçada da Ajuda, a parking area, a market with various points of sale from vegetables, a fishmonger, a bakery and a catering area. A community cultural center with a multipurpose auditorium that can accommodate different uses such as theatre, cinema and conferences, integrating light and color as qualifying elements of the architectural space. With this community program in this area of the city, where the population is older and has lost the relationship with the younger people. Residents and non-residents, younger and less young, will enjoy a place of communion, promoting their quality of life and intergenerational relationships.
