Esta dissertação de mestrado busca identificar os diferenciais dos Ambientes
Educativos Inovadores (AEI) no contexto da educação de jovens oriundos do último ano do
ensino secundário no Brasil, pertencentes a um Colégio Privado, localizado no Município de
Guarulhos em São Paulo, desta forma caracterizar esses diferenciais como facilitadores na
inserção desses jovens no mercado de trabalho nacional.
A metodologia escolhida se baseia em dois pilares, sendo i) pesquisa através de revisão
bibliográfica, buscando identificar os cenários desses ambientes educativos inovadores e
relaciona-los as conjunturas do mercado de trabalho, desses jovens que estudam e trabalham;
ii) recolha de dados empíricos realizados por meio de inquérito por questionário – na
modalidade online, devido aos fatores decorrentes da Pandemia Global de Covid-19. Esse
questionário foi respondido por 15 (Quinze) alunos, do último ano do ensino secundário, no
Centro Educacional Augusto Freitas (Colégio CEAF) que atuam no mercado de trabalho e
obtiveram destaque pelo aprendizado no formato que os AEI proporcionam.
Os resultados indicaram que os alunos respondentes da pesquisa foram beneficiados
desde a estrutura com o uso das tecnologias dos AEI, até a metodologia de ensino através das
habilidades desenvolvidas na proposta de educação, apontando ser o diferencial para que eles
já estivessem atuando no mercado de trabalho.
This master's thesis seeks to identify the differentials of Innovative Educational Environments (AEI) in the context of the education of young people from the last year of secondary education in Brazil, belonging to a Private College, located in the city of Guarulhos in São Paulo, in this way to characterize these differentials as facilitators in the insertion of these young people in the national labor market. The chosen methodology is based on two pillars, namely i) research through a literature review, seeking to identify the scenarios of these Innovative Educational environments and relate them to the circumstances of the labor market, of these young people who study and work; ii) collection of empirical data carried out through a survey questionnaire – in the online modality, due to factors resulting from the Covid-19 Global Pandemic. This questionnaire was answered by 15 (fifteen) students, from the last year of secondary education, at the Augusto Freitas Educational Center (CEAF College) who work in the labor market and who stood out for learning in the format provided by the AEI. The results indicated that the student respondents in the research benefited from the structure with the use of AEI technologies, to the teaching methodology through the skills developed in the education proposal, pointing out to be the differential for them to be already working in the labor market.
