Sendo dos desportos mais populares atualmente, o futebol tem a particularidade de ser praticado por todo o mundo. Assim, a importância que a figura do treinador assume é elevadíssima. Este deve passar aos jogadores aquilo que lhe vai na cabeça, ou seja, a sua Conceção de Jogo, que se deve repercutir na forma de jogar das suas equipas. E é aqui que entra o treino.
O estágio profissionalizante propõe um trabalho de planeamento, intervenção e constante análise e reflexão da prática profissional diária de um treinador de futebol, que, devido a todas as características únicas desta modalidade, vive com a necessidade de diariamente se superar e encontrar soluções para fazer evoluir a sua equipa.
O estágio foi realizado no Grupo Sportivo de Loures, tendo o autor do presente relatório assumido a responsabilidade de ser treinador principal da equipa “B” de Iniciados (Sub 15) do clube, que competiu na II Divisão, do campeonato distrital da Associação de Futebol de Lisboa, do escalão. Assumindo esta função de treinador principal, tudo o que fosse relacionado com a equipa era da responsabilidade deste.
O presente documento serve para expor toda a atividade desenvolvida ao longo do estágio, com destaque para a operacionalização da Conceção de Jogo do treinador.
Being one of the most popular sports today, Football has the particularity of being practiced all around the world. Therefore, the importance of what the coach figure takes on is very high. The coach should pass on to the players what is in his mind, his “game idea”, which should be reflected in the way of playing of his team. And it’s right there that the training enters. The professional internship offers a professional work planning, intervention and constant analysis and reflection of daily professional practice of a soccer coach, who, because of all the single characteristics of Football, lives faced with the constant need of daily surpassing and finds solutions to make his team evolve. The internship was held at Grupo Sportivo de Loures, having the author of the present report assumed the responsibility of being the main coach of the under 15 “B” team of the club, who competed in II Division, of the district championship of that age, in the Associação de Futebol de Lisboa. Has a first coach, anything related with the team was only of the responsibility of the author of the present report. The present document serves to expose the entire activity developed through the internship, with focus on the operationalization of the “game idea” of the coach.
