O presente relatório apresenta o estágio realizado no Centro de Apoio ao Desenvolvimento Infantil (CADIn) no ano letivo 2015/2016. O trabalho desenvolvido no centro pela estagiária foi maioritariamente com crianças no âmbito das Dificuldades de Aprendizagem Específicas (DAE), tendo tido contacto também com Dificuldades Intelectuais e Desenvolvimentais (DID), Perturbação do Espetro do Autismo (PEA) e problemas de comportamento. Este estágio consistiu essencialmente na avaliação para despiste de DAE, com instrumentos específicos que permitem a elaboração de planos de intervenção e concretização da intervenção psicomotora, na maioria dos casos em contexto sala, ou ginásio. Assim, este relatório encontra-se dividido em duas partes. A primeira apresenta um enquadramento da prática profissional, que compreende uma revisão de literatura das DAE, que inclui a sua definição, características mais frequentes, comorbilidades, diagnóstico e intervenção, de maneira a fundamentar os casos acompanhados, e um enquadramento institucional, para a contextualização da atividade desenvolvida. Na segunda parte, são apresentados os objetivos e organização do estágio, assim como é referenciado o processo de intervenção, desde avaliações desenvolvidas a casos acompanhados, com enfoque nos estudos de casos, e ainda outras atividades complementares desenvolvidas no centro.
This report presents the internship held at the Centro de Apoio ao Desenvolvimento Infantil (CADIn) in the academic year of 2015/2016. The work developed by the intern was mainly with children in the scope of Learning Disabilities (LD), including also contact with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and behavioral problems. This internship consisted essentially on assessments for the diagnosis of LD, using specific instruments that support the elaboration of intervention plans and the psychomotor intervention, that happened, in most cases, in a room, or gymnasium. In this way, this report is divided into two parts. The first part presents a framework of professional practice, which contains a review of the LD literature, including its definition, more frequent characteristics, comorbidities, diagnosis and intervention, in order to substantiate the accompanied cases, and an institutional framework for the contextualization of the developed activity. The second part presents the objectives and organization of the internship, as well as the intervention process, from developed assessments to accompanied cases, with focus on case studies, and other complementary activities developed at the center.
