Abstract(s)
Na Lisboa de hoje deparamo-nos com o surgimento de fragmentos urbanos nos centros históricos ao abandono, por este motivo torna-se imperativo desenvolver projectos com fim de preservar o tecido urbano.
No presente projecto aborda-se uma requalificação urbana que nela contém um conjunto de edificado devoluto localizado em Lisboa, no bairro da Graça, Rua Angelina Vidal. O tema “Reabilitação na Colina na Graça - zona histórica com pré-existências” surgiu com intuito principal de compreender como se deve requalificar uma zona histórica de forma a respeitar a sua identidade e valorizar o seu potencial.
O subtítulo “Reconversão de edifícios habitacionais” tem como objectivo analisar, compreender e respeitar as pré-existências para que estas sejam participativas na futura malha da cidade contribuindo para a qualidade de vida urbana.
Assim, propõe-se a requalificação do conjunto de edificado em estado devoluto, sendo que um dos edifícios habitacionais sofre uma conversão para sector da restauração, enquanto os restantes edifícios seriam demolidos para criar dois novos edifícios, um com uso habitacional e outro também ele para sector da restauração.
Com a criação de um novo edificado tornou-se imperativo a requalificação do vazio urbano o qual se encontrava descaracterizado, visto que este era um logradouro dos vários edifícios degradados.
ABSTRACT: Lisbon of today are emerging more urban fragment which are uninhabited buildings at historical centers , for this reason it is imperative to develop projects that in order to maintain the urban tissue. In present project we will approach an urban Rehabilitation which was a group of buildings that were empty and at a state of high level of degradation in Lisbon, at Graça in the street Angelina Vidal. This topic “Rehabilitation at the Colina da Graça - historical center with pre-existing Buildings” emerges with the purpose of study how to do rehabilitation in historical centers in order to respect the place and honour its identity. The subtitle ”Reconversion of residential buildings” which the main objective was respect pre-existing buildings in order to these urban fragments to participate in the new city to inforce the quality of the urban life. Therefore, is proposed a requalification of an urban fragment building which just one of five Buildings will be reconversion and the others will be demolished. A two new buildings are create, one of them for habitation and the another one for catering industry. Because of the creation of the new buildings, it was vital upgrading the urban hole that was degraded.
