A temática da Formação tem sido alvo de inúmeras reflexões e estudos por diversos autores no âmbito da gestão de recursos humanos. Isto deve-se sobretudo às constantes transformações originadas por um mercado cada vez mais volátil, onde as organizações necessitam acompanhá-las em prol da sua sobrevivência e sucesso. Como o capital humano é o principal motor da organização, é necessário que o mesmo continue sempre atualizado e, por isso a Formação vai servir como uma ferramenta indispensável, que promove a informação e o conhecimento, de modo a que os seus organismos adquiram vantagens competitivas e possam responder às necessidades e tendências de mercado.
O presente relatório de estágio centra-se nas atividades desenvolvidas na Startup Abylos Trends and consulting, envolvendo o seu ciclo formativo. O relatório inicia-se com a revisão da literatura, contemplando vários conceitos associados à área da formação, seguindo-se a caracterização da empresa, descrição dos seus processos e atividades desenvolvidas pela estagiária, prosseguindo com a análise crítica das práticas da Abylos Trends and consulting à luz do enquadramento teórico e do trabalho desenvolvido no estágio e, por fim, a conclusão do estudo, suas limitações e sugestões de melhoria.
Training is a subject that has been in the center of several reflections and studies by many authors when it comes to human resources. This is a consequence of the continuous transformations originated by a market that is volatile, forcing organizations to keep up with those changes in order to survive and be successful. Knowing that human capital is the key driver of an organization, it is mandatory that it continues being developed and updated. That is why training is going to be an essential tool, promoting the necessary information and knowledge in a way that provides competitive advantages to the company so that it can meet the requirements and market trends. The focal point of this report is the kind of activities developed by the startup Abylos Trends and Consulting that are related with its training cycle. This report begins with the literature review, gazing upon several concepts regarding training; following that there is a characterization of the company, the description of its processes and activities developed by the intern; there is also a critical analysis of Abylos Trends and Consulting's procedures in the light of the theoretical framework and of the work developed during the internship; finally, the conclusion of the study, its limitations and improvement suggestions.
