Atualmente, a cidade de Lisboa e arredores enfrentam problemas de gentrificação e um aumento de imigrantes, dificultando o acesso desses grupos a alojamentos acessíveis. A crise habitacional se faz presente e a ausência de habitações acessíveis torna-se um grande problema para os moradores. Os imigrantes são sujeitos a condições desagradáveis a um preço não condizente a tais circunstâncias, vivendo limitados. A sua diversidade cultural dificulta a adaptação e, por vezes, não são levados em conta no momento de projetar espaços. De forma reflexiva, as pesquisas circundam em torno de questões pertinentes do rumo do desenvolvimento da arquitetura para o futuro. Este projeto surge com o objetivo de garantir uma vida de qualidade para todos, investigando as necessidades habitacionais. Focado em oferecer moradias dignas, busca superar desigualdades culturais. O projeto foi concebido para colocar as necessidades da comunidade em primeiro lugar, reconhecendo que a vida é movimento e interação. As habitações foram planejadas para acolher cidadãos de todas as classes, culturas, etnias e idades, promovendo espaços que incentivam o desenvolvimento interpessoal e a convivência equitativa. Visa refletir sobre questões contemporâneas como gentrificação e exclusão urbana, propondo soluções para melhorar a qualidade de vida e integrar diversas culturas.
Currently, the city of Lisbon and its surroundings are facing problems of gentrification and an increase in immigrants, making it difficult for these groups to access affordable housing. The housing crisis is present and the lack of affordable housing is a major problem for residents. Immigrants are subjected to unpleasant conditions at a price that doesn’t match their circumstances, and they live on a limited scale. Their cultural diversity makes adaptation difficult and sometimes they are not taken into account when designing spaces. In a reflective way, the research centers around pertinent questions about the direction of architectural development for the future. This project aims to guarantee a quality life for all by investigating housing needs. Focused on providing decent housing, it seeks to overcome cultural inequalities. The project was designed to put the needs of the community first, recognizing that life is movement and interaction. The homes have been designed to accommodate citizens of all classes, cultures, ethnicities and ages, promoting spaces that encourage interpersonal development and equitable coexistence. It aims to reflect on contemporary issues such as gentrification and urban exclusion, proposing solutions to improve quality of life and integrate diverse cultures.
