Processos migratórios e formação : aprendizagens experienciais das mulheres brasileiras em Portugal

Aprender é a força motriz do desenvolvimento humano e ao mesmo tempo, o maior desafio com o qual nos deparamos nas rotinas de nossas vidas. Muitos elementos e fatores externos e internos, se articulam na elaboração de nossas aprendizagens mas a base do que aprendemos, vem das situações pelas quais passamos e pelas experiências que nos instigam a construir novos conhecimentos.
O processo migratório é um episódio intenso na história de vida de uma pessoa, pois traz inúmeros desafios, uma urgência em aprender coisas novas e a necessidade de entender como será a integração num novo mundo. A mulher carrega um quadro de referências culturais desenvolvido a partir do simbolismo do que é ser mulher em sua sociedade de origem, e por isso, percebe as experiências de maneira particularizada, quando inserida em outra sociedade.
A maneira como processam suas experiências, as transformam em aprendizagem e constrõem uma nova base de conhecimentos e referênciais simbólicos, precisa ser compreendida de forma individualizada, considerando suas identidades, histórias de vida e os mundos-vida em que interagem. A metodologia privilegiou a abordagem biográfica a qual permitiu conhecer os percursos migratórios de cada uma das seis brasileiras entrevistadas, identificando algumas aprendizagens realizadas ao longo de suas trajetórias de integração em Portugal.
Para estruturar a análise das aprendizagens migratórias narradas, foi utilizado o Diagrama de Transformação da Pessoa pela Aprendizagem, de Peter Jarvis, de forma a conhecer o que as mulheres brasileiras aprenderam com suas experiências migratórias em Portugal.
Learning is the driving force of human development and at the same time, the greatest challenge we face in the routines of our lives. Many external and internal factors are articulated in the elaboration of our learning, but the basis of what we learn comes from the situations through which we pass and the experiences that instigate us to build new knowledge. The migratory process is an intense episode in a person's life story. It brings countless challenges, an urgency to learn new things and the need to understand what it will be like to integrate into this new world. A woman carries a framework of cultural references developed in her origin society, where she learns what is the women role and therefore perceives the experiences in a particularized way when inserted in another culture. The way they process their experiences, transform them into learning and construct a new framework of symbolic knowledge, needs to be understood as an individualized trajectory, considering their identities, life stories and the life-worlds in which they interact. The methodology favoured the biographic approach. That allowed to know the migratory pathways of each of the six interviewed Brazilians, identifying some learnings performed along their trajectories of integration in Portugal. In this research, Peter Jarvis' Diagram of Transformation of the Person through Learning was used to structure the narrative analysis of the migratory learning outcomes of Brazilian women and their migratory experiences in Portugal.
