O presente documento relata a informação e o processo de formação na perspetiva do professor estagiário de educação física na Escola Básica 2, 3 Gaspar Correia durante o ano letivo 2022/2023. Adotando uma abordagem crítica e reflexiva da experiência de estágio, o relatório espelha os meus pensamentos relativamente a temas considerados pertinentes pela sua ligação direta às áreas de estágio. O relatório começa por contextualizar o percurso académico e pessoal, e a minha adoração pela atividade física, pelo desporto e depois pelo ensino em específico. De seguida, abordei o início desta experiência como um “bom filho que a casa torna”, bem como a necessidade de responder à questão do que é ser um “bom” professor. Contextualizei o local de estágio apresentando o agrupamento, a constituição do departamento de educação física e do núcleo de estágio e turma que me foi atribuída. Posteriormente, numa segunda parte do relatório, está presente a minha reflexão e intervenção em cada uma das áreas e, em particular as de planeamento, condução e avaliação. O estágio pedagógico foi um processo importante no desenvolvimento das competências a nível pessoal e profissional e permitiu-me sair da minha zona de conforto e ultrapassar obstáculos identificados no início do ano.
The present document enabled me to adopt a critical and reflective approach towards the activities undertaken during the internship, while also recounting the experiences I had the privilege of participating in. It offered me the chance to articulate my thoughts on relevant topics that directly correlated with the tasks executed throughout the internship. The report commences with a brief overview of my academic and personal journey, highlighting how my passion for physical activity, sports, and teaching evolved over time. I detailed the initial phase of this experience, likening it to a returning “good child”, and addressed the necessity of answering the question: “What is a good teacher?” I set the context for the internship by introducing the group, outlining the structure of the physical education department, providing insights into the internship nucleus, and furnishing details about the class. In the subsequent section of the report, I delved into my reflections and interventions concerning the areas explored during the pedagogical internship process. I also introduced relevant themes to the tasks undertaken in terms of planning implementation, and evaluation. The pedagogical internship proved to be a pivotal experience in honing both personal and professional competencies. It propelled me out of my comfort zone, enabling me to surmount obstacles encountered at the onset of the program.
