This communication intends to analyse the exhibition of the artist São Trindade, Dead Inside, realized in the scope of “Quarto 22”, a project from College of Arts, University of Coimbra. In a circular and white space, designed by the architect João Mendes Ribeiro, the artist São Trindade show 22 images (fac-similes) photographed from her artist book in a continuos and unfinished process. The book Dead Inside was started in 2005, interrupted about ten years and restarted in 2015. The first phase of the book includes 12 pages/images and the second phase, 34 pages/images made betweem 2015 and 2016
