O presente relatório dá conta do estágio curricular que decorreu numa empresa de
formação e aborda o papel da gestora numa empresa de formação, visando conhecer os
papéis que desempenha, as tarefas que realiza ao longo do seu dia-a-dia e compreender
quais as funções executadas.
O relatório está dividido em três capítulos: 1) apresentação do quadro conceptual e
teórico acerca dos principais conceitos estudados ao longo do relatório, orientação
metodológica e caracterização da organização de acolhimento; 2) pequena investigação
e análise acerca dos papéis, tarefas e funções da gestora organizacional; 3) experiência
vivida ao longo do estágio curricular e reflexão sobre as atividades desenvolvidas.
A principal metodologia utilizada para este trabalho é de cariz qualitativo e inclui: a
pesquisa arquivista documental relevante para a caracterização da organização e do
trabalho da gestora de formação; a observação participante, para a recolha de
informações pertinentes relacionadas com o dia-a-dia da organização e do trabalho da
gestora; e a realização de uma entrevista semidiretiva realizada com o intuito de
recolher dados para a elaboração da caraterização da organização e dos papéis do gestor.
A experiência adquirida através do estágio curricular permitiu conhecer o contexto
específico do trabalho que está implícito ao quotidiano do gestor, o que foi uma maisvalia
para a realização desta pequena investigação.
The following report accounts for the curricular internship that occurred at a training company, and approaches the role of the manager of a training company, with the intend of acquiring knowledge about some of the roles and tasks that are performed in everyday situations and comprehend what those tasks are accomplishing. The report is divided into three chapters: 1) presentation of the conceptual and theoretical framework of the main concepts studied throughout the report, methodological guidance and characterization of the host Organization; 2) short investigation and analysis about the roles, tasks, and functions of the organizational manager; 3) experience acquired throughout the curricular internship and detailed reflection of the developed activities. The principal methodology used in this report is qualitative by nature and include: a documentary research relevant to characterize the work and organizational skills of the manager of training; the participant observation, to gather information pertinent to the everyday operation of the organization and work of the manager; and a semi-structured interview conducted with the intuit of gathering data to characterize the organization and the roles of the manager. The acquired experience throughout the curricular internship allowed the understanding of the specific context of the work that is implicit to the manager’s quotidian, which was a valuable aid to the realization of this small investigation.
