Resumo(s)
Este Relatório centra-se no trabalho desenvolvido no Estágio de natureza profissional,
realizado na Direcção de Serviços de Organização da Formação, integrada no
Departamento de Formação Profissional do Instituto do Emprego e Formação
Profissional (IEFP, IP). Descreve a minha participação na concepção de um instrumento
orientador da componente de Formação Prática em Contexto de Trabalho e de um
conjunto de instrumentos que garantem a harmonização dos procedimentos a aplicar nas
acções de formação realizadas nos Centros de Formação Profissional que integram a
rede do IEFP, IP. Com o objectivo de justificar a pertinência e relevância da concepção
deste documento, desenvolvi uma pesquisa, recorrendo a uma abordagem mista, junto
dos diferentes intervenientes, nomeadamente, formandos, Responsável Pedagógico e
Tutor, constituindo-se como objecto de estudo a Formação Prática em Contexto de
Trabalho desenvolvida no âmbito dos Cursos de Aprendizagem. Apresenta-se uma
reflexão sobre a organização, o funcionamento e a avaliação dos formandos na
componente de Formação Prática em Contexto de Trabalho, partindo dos testemunhos
dos diferentes actores que nela intervêm. Concluiu-se que esta componente de formação
tem uma importância relevante no desenvolvimento dos Cursos, podendo considerar-se
como um espaço de aprendizagem, de aquisição e aplicação de competências, bem
como de desenvolvimento pessoal.
This essay is based upon the work carried out during the internship spent at the Directorate of Services for Training Organization, within the Department of Professional Training in the Institute of Employment and Professional Training (IEFP, IP). It depicts the author’s participation in the design of an reference tool for the Practical Training Component in the Workplace and a number of tools aimed to guarantee the harmonization of procedures to be applied in the training activities performed at the Vocational Training Centres within the IEFP, IP network. To justify the pertinence and relevance of this work and the resulting document, a combined approach was chosen, and an enquiry was performed with the pedagogic responsible and the tutor involved, aimed to study the Practical Training in the Workplace alongside learning courses implemented to provide and reinforce skills. Therefore, this essay focuses in the organization, development and trainers´ assessment of the component of Practical Training in the Workplace within the context of learning courses, based on the testimonies of the different actors involved. It is concluded that the training component has an important relevance in the development of the Courses, as it can be regarded as an opportunity for learning, acquisition and application of skills as well as for personal development.
