| dc.description.abstract | As part of my Master's degree in Information Systems Management at the Lisbon School of Economics and Management, I undertook a curricular internship as my final project. This internship was carried out at Milestone Consulting, S.A., a company that provides consultancy services with technological services and solutions. The internship aimed to acquire knowledge and experience in SAP VIM (Systems, Applications & Products, and Vendor Invoice Management) and to learn the invoice process and its configurations. Through the experience, I improved my technical abilities, developed consulting strategies, and recognized the value of productive teamwork and client communication. The final section of this report critically evaluates the internship's contributions to my professional growth and its applicability to the information systems management sector. | pt_PT |
