O presente relatório tem como objectivo nuclear a avaliação da formação
ministrada por sete Instituições de Ensino Superior aos Coordenadores/Directores dos
Centros Novas Oportunidades e aos Avaliadores Externos do processo de
Reconhecimento, Validação, Certificação de Competências, decorrido em 2010.
Em termos metodológicos é realizado uma análise descritiva e indutiva aos
critérios de avaliação do questionário aplicado no final da formação. A análise
descritiva é utilizada na avaliação da reacção dos formandos e na análise da
normalidade de resultados e consistência interna do questionário. Por sua vez, a análise
indutiva diz respeito a influência do tempo de formação e do aprofundamento dos
conteúdos nas características da aprendizagem dos grupos de formandos, e na realização
de um estudo exploratório sobre a presença de dois domínios diferentes na reacção dos
formandos a formação.
Este relatório procura acima de tudo caracterizar um período de aprendizagem
rico em experiências pessoais e profissionais.
The present report takes as a nuclear objective the evaluation of the formation administered by seven Institutions of High Teaching to the Coordinators / Directors of the New Opportunities Centers and to the Extern Valuators of the process of Recognition, Validation, Certification of Competences, passed in 2010. In methodology terms a descriptive and inductive analysis is carried out to the criteria of evaluation of the questionnaire applied in the end of the formation. The descriptive analysis is used in the evaluation of the reaction of the trainees and in the analysis of the normality of results and internal consistency of the questionnaire. The inductive analysis concerns the influence of the time of formation and the depth of the contents in the characteristics of the apprenticeship, and in the realization of a small scale study on the presence of two different domains in the reaction of the trainees. This report tries to characterize above all a rich period of apprenticeship in personal and professional fields.
