Este relatório é elaborado no âmbito do Mestrado em Educação e Formação, área de
especialização em Organização e Gestão da Educação e Formação do Instituto de Educação
da Universidade de Lisboa. É resultado de 8 meses de estágio numa organização de educação
e formação de adultos.
O relatório começa com o capítulo da caraterização organizacional. Neste ponto
enquadra-se a Rede Valorizar perante os centros existentes fora dos Açores. É, ainda, feita
uma exposição sobre esta organização incluindo a sua origem, missão, dimensão,
competências, equipa, projetos desenvolvidos e respetivos aspetos metodológicos. De
seguida, apresentam-se as atividades realizadas em estágio, assim como as aprendizagens que
daí resultaram. Na parte final do relatório expõem-se algumas considerações teóricas sobre o
tema da educação e formação de adultos, e uma abordagem teórica sobre o tema da educação
e formação de adultos e, por fim, a análise dos dados recolhidos. Nesta análise tratam-se os
dados de acordo com as questões teóricas, sobretudo a partir da visão das tarefas e atividades
de uma técnica de orientação, reconhecimento e validação de competências.
Considerando a crescente valorização das práticas de educação e formação de adultos,
surgem também novos perfis profissionais. Como tal, este relatório pretende responder às
seguintes questões: quem são estes novos educadores? Que tarefas e atividades
desempenham? O presente relatório também tem como objetivo contribuir para o
conhecimento na área da educação e formação de adultos através da partilha de práticas
efetuadas na Região Autónoma dos Açores.
This report is elaborated in the field of the Master in Education and Training, area of specialization in Organization and Management of Education and Training of the Institute of Education of the University of Lisbon. It is the result of 8 months of internship in an adult education and training organization. The report begins with the chapter of the organizational characterization. At this point, it fits the Rede Valorizar towards the centers located outside the Azores. It is also made an presentation about this organization including its origin, mission, dimension, skills, team, developed projects and respective methodological features. Then, I present the activities carried out throw the internship, as well as the learning that resulted from that. The final part of the report sets out some theoretical considerations on the subject of adult education and training, and finally the analysis of the data collected. In this analysis, the data is dealt according to the theoretical questions, especially in the view of the tasks and activities of the technician of guidance, recognition and skills validation. Considering the growing valorization of adult education and training practices, new professional profiles also emerge. As such, this report seeks to answer to the following questions: Who are these new educators? What tasks and activities do they perform? This report also aims to contribute to knowledge in the area of adult education and training through the sharing of practices carried out in the Autonomous Region of the Azores.
