Felicidade no trabalho é um tema que tem vindo a ser cada vez mais referido no mundo
corporativo e, por esse motivo, têm sido realizados estudos e investigações com o objetivo de
comprovar se colaboradores mais felizes são verdadeiramente uma mais-valia para as
empresas. Os estudos mais recentes comprovam que a felicidade dos colaboradores é um
elemento essencial para as empresas e estas implementam cada vez mais medidas com o
objetivo de aumentar o bem-estar dos colaboradores.
O presente estudo tem como objetivo comprovar a correlação entre a variável dependente
"Felicidade no Trabalho" e as variáveis independentes "Trabalho em Equipa", "Propensão para
a tomada de Risco", "Resiliência" e "Comportamento Inovador". Para tal, foi realizado um
inquérito por questionário enviado por via das redes sociais Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp e
LinkedIn e analisadas as respostas de 81 pessoas.
Foram comprovadas as correlações entre Felicidade no Trabalho e Trabalho em Equipa,
Resiliência e Comportamento Inovador. Também foi possível concluir que as gerações mais
velhas se consideram mais felizes no trabalho do que as gerações mais novas através da análise
das respostas entre os indivíduos com mais de 25 anos e os indivíduos com idade menor ou
igual a 25 anos.
The topic of happiness at work has been increasingly mentioned in the corporate world, and, for this reason, studies and investigations have been conducted to prove whether happier employees are truly an asset to companies. The most recent studies confirm that employee happiness is an essential element for organizations, and they are implementing more measures to increase employee well-being. The present study aims to establish the correlation between the dependent variable "Happiness at Work" and the independent variables "Teamwork," "Risk Aversion," "Resilience," and "Innovative Behavior." To do so, a questionnaire survey was conducted and sent via social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn, and the responses of 81 individuals were analysed. Correlations between Happiness at Work and Teamwork, Resilience, and Innovative Behavior were confirmed. It was also possible to conclude that older generations consider themselves happier at work than younger generations through the divided analysis of responses among individuals aged over 25 and those aged 25 years and younger.
